Jacob’s operational energy is the driving force behind AEAB. Through personable communication and a relentless focus on excellence, his dedication to client satisfaction is apparent. Helping clients understand the process of valuation and delivering accurate and professional products is his priority. He sets high standards for himself and strives to go that extra mile for every client.

Jacob credits the Marine Corp for shaping him into the man he is today. Enlisting in 1996 and serving in communications, he learned the value of teamwork and diligence to work hard until a job is completed with excellence. Jacob is driven to be a man of his word at all times.

Jacob began in the valuation industry in 2002. He enjoyed the challenge in putting a value on real estate. With a keen eye for the big picture, he explored other avenues to apply valuation techniques. Over the past decade, Jacob has continually sought out opportunities to learn more applications of valuation and knows the importance of staying current on industry standards.

In addition to shaping the future of AEAB, Jacob is a family man who enjoys weightlifting and every facet of aviation.

Dani Haas

Director of Client Services
Dani serves as the primary liaison between the client’s need and service solutions. From the first step, to the last she shows that client satisfaction is her number one priority. With over 20 years of customer-focused business experience, she has held key client service roles throughout her career. Dani has applied her leadership skills to improve the creative vision and strategic direction for AEAB. By implementing a variety of procedures, she has enhanced the client experience. Dani enjoys time with her family, creative projects and volunteering in the community.

Patrick livingston

Appraiser/Broker
Patrick brings more than 14 years of hands on experience in the electric motor field to his role as Appraiser/Broker.  Patrick knows equipment, having developed maintenance programs, performed setups and implemented trouble shooting on CNC machines, Lathes, Punch Presses and Vertical Mill machines.   His degree includes course work in Fluid Power Maintenance, Motor Control Circuitries, Mechanical Drafting and Residential Wiring.
